REGULATIONS OF THE PROMOTION !!!
I. GENERAL INFORMATION
These Regulations define the rules of the promotion "BRAND SOFTSHELL AND POLO SHIRT CAN BE YOURS". The organizer of the promotional action is the administrator of the online store sklep.lewi-polska.pl, registered in Pabianice, NIP 728-145-36-58, tel.: 694-469-009, with headquarters located at 8/10 Skłodowskiej Street, Pabianice. The store reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions. Any changes to the Regulations are effective from the date of their publication on
http://sklep-lewi.pl/pl/. By placing an order in the promotion "BRAND SOFTSHELL AND POLO SHIRT CAN BE YOURS", the customer agrees to the provisions of these Regulations.
II. DURATION
The promotion "BRAND SOFTSHELL AND POLO SHIRT CAN BE YOURS" lasts until 26.08.2016.
III. TERMS OF THE PROMOTION 1.
1. to each order containing:
- a minimum of 600 zł net, the customer can choose one shirt FREE from the available size M,L,XL, XXL
- minimum net worth 1800 zł, customer can choose one softshell FREE of charge from available sizes M,L,XL, XXL
- a minimum of 2200 zł net, the customer can choose one T-shirt and one softshell FREE of charge from the available sizes M,L,XL, XXL
2. the value of the order, referred to in point III.1, in total cannot be less than the amounts indicated.
4. the promotion applies to orders within Poland and the EU
IV. PROMOTION RULES .
(1) The order can be made only through the website
http://sklep-lewi.pl/pl/. No e-mail or telephone orders are accepted.
(2) When the cart contains products of the value listed and not less than in item III.1, the customer will receive in shipment a promotional T-shirt, softshell or T-shirt and softshell.
(3) Orders that do not meet the conditions of the promotion listed in point II, will not be taken into account with the Promotional Action.
(4) The customer is obliged to inform the seller by e-mail, phone or store contact form about the size of the T-shirt or softshell jacket.
V. FINAL PROVISIONS .
1) The organizer reserves the right to change these Regulations during the action, of which will inform the customer.
2. matters not addressed in these Regulations, such as complaints and returns shall be determined by the regulations of the store available on this website 3. Regulations are effective as of 19.07.2016
