Terms and Conditions for Product Auctions on LEWI POLSKA Online Store

§1 General Provisions

  1. These terms and conditions govern the rules for participating in product auctions organized by the LEWI POLSKA online store, available at [sklep-lewi.pl].
  2. The organizer of the auctions is LEWI POLSKA, hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer."
  3. Participation in the auction implies acceptance of these terms and conditions.
  4. Auctions are available only to registered users of the LEWI POLSKA store who are at least 18 years old.

§2 Auction Rules

  1. Each auction is for a single product, the details and description of which are provided on the auction page.
  2. Auctions are conducted online on the LEWI POLSKA store website.
  3. The starting price and minimum bid increment will be specified in the product description.
  4. Participants submit their bids by offering an amount higher than the current highest bid by at least the minimum increment.
  5. Auctions end at the specified date and time. The highest bid at the end of the auction wins.

§3 Participation Conditions

  1. To participate in an auction, the user must have an active account on the LEWI POLSKA store and be logged in to the website.
  2. Participants must provide accurate contact and billing information.
  3. Placing a bid in an auction is binding and constitutes a commitment to purchase the product if the bid wins.

§4 Auction Results

  1. The winner of the auction is the participant who placed the highest bid at the end of the auction.
  2. The Organizer will confirm the auction results by sending an email to the address provided in the user’s account.
  3. The winner must complete the payment for the auctioned product within 3 days of the auction's conclusion.

§5 Payments and Delivery

  1. Payments for won auctions must be made using the payment options available in the LEWI POLSKA store.
  2. Shipping costs for the auctioned product will be added to the final bid price and depend on the delivery option chosen by the winner.
  3. The product will be dispatched within 5 business days of receiving the payment in the Organizer's account.

§6 Complaints and Returns

  1. Complaints regarding the auction process must be submitted to the email address: [biuro@lewi-polska.pl] within 7 days of the auction's conclusion.
  2. Complaints concerning the auctioned product will be handled in accordance with the LEWI POLSKA store's return and complaints policy.

§7 Final Provisions

  1. The Organizer reserves the right to cancel an auction without providing a reason.
  2. In case of a breach of these terms and conditions by a participant, the Organizer has the right to invalidate their bids.
  3. The Organizer reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions. Participants will be notified of any changes in advance.
  4. These terms and conditions come into effect on the date of their publication on the LEWI POLSKA store website.
